Swamiji shares extracts from the spiritual diary of one of her disciples, Swami Atmananda (Blanca Schlamm). In these diary entries Atmananda writes about her encounters with Anandamayi Ma.

These are a selection of writings from his spiritual diary, written during his time in the Ganeshpuri ashram with Baba Muktananda. Some of the topics covered in tonight's talk include the importance of inquiry, recognition and spanda, finding divinity in our everyday life, and dealing with desire. Swamiji concludes by talking about the essence of meditation and leads a short meditation on practising interiorization.

In this satsang, Swamiji begins by reading some quotes from the Ribhu Gita, a text that Ramana Maharshi held in high esteem. He then shared a piece from the Gurudev Vani, a magazine that was published by the Ganeshpuri ashram in the 1960s and 1970s. This article was written in July 1964 by a Bombay devotee of Baba's. The devotee shares their Shaktipat experiences during their time in Ganeshpuri.

In this satsang, Swamiji begins by explaining what an A statement is and how these statements help us to ground ourselves in the present. He then speaks briefly about the great sage Bhagavan Nityananda before sharing a number of Bhagavan's extraordinary and unique utterances and remarks that are full of wisdom, shakti and mystery. These were recorded by one of Bhagavan's close disciples and compiled into a book called the Chidakash Gita. The program ended with a meditation focusing on the internal breath.
