In this week's satsang, Swami Shankarananda explored the philosophy and teachings of the stoics. In this talk, Swamiji discussed the teachings of Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, Zeno of Citium, and Seneca. Through a series of philosophical statements, Swamiji expanded on the stoic's thoughts on cultivating a state of good feeling, attitude, choice and empowerment, living with purpose, maintaining a commitment to daily practice, and the impact of attachment.

Dhanvantari is the God of Ayurveda and all the healing arts. He is a manifestation of Lord Vishnu. In this talk, Swamiji revisited question and answers from Baba's ashram magazine, The Siddha Path. Swamiji discussed Baba's teachings on the spiritual state of a saint, tapasya in sadhana, maintaining dedication to liberation, love, mantra, chanting and his definition of siddha yoga and the spiritual path.
