365 211

In this weeks satsang talk, Swami Shankarananda delivered a wonderful talk on the Zen Buddhist tradition as well as some of his own 'considerations' and thoughts from a series of writings which Guruji affectionately calls 'Noted From the Tea Shop'.

From his own writings, Guruji covered several teachings on the concept of living in two worlds, the ego and attachment and aversion. In the second part of the talk on Zen, Guruji expanded on many different teachings such as how different religions and beliefs came to be, reincarnation, 'zazen' meditation and accepting the now.

At the end of this podcast, Devi Ma takes us into meditation with a beautiful slow chant of the mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya'.
