Notes from the Tea Shop - 29 April 2023

In this satsang, Swamiji shares from his Notes from the Tea Shop collection. These are a selection of writings from his spiritual diary, written during his time in the Ganeshpuri ashram with Baba Muktananda. Some of the topics covered in tonight's talk include the importance of inquiry, recognition and spanda, finding divinity in our everyday life, and dealing with desire. Swamiji concludes by talking about the essence of meditation and leads a short meditation on practising interiorization.
